macOS install instructions
1. Install
Double-click the downloaded FetchIt_1.0.1.dmg, then drag Fetch It! into the Applications folder. Eject the disk image.
2. First launch (Gatekeeper)
Fetch It! is currently distributed unsigned, so macOS will ask you to confirm. Try in this order:
Option A (easiest): Right-click (or Ctrl-click) Fetch It! in Applications → Open. Click Open on the warning dialog.
Option B: If macOS still blocks it, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the message about Fetch It!, and click Open Anyway.
Option C (most reliable): If Options A and B don't work, open Terminal (Applications → Utilities → Terminal) and run:
xattr -cr /Applications/Fetch\ It\!.appThis clears the quarantine attribute macOS adds to downloaded apps. After running it, double-click Fetch It! normally — it will launch without warnings.
3. Sign in & download
On first launch, sign in with your existing GoPro Plus account. Fetch It! never sees your password — authentication happens through GoPro's own secure window.
